If you're anything like me, you spend a decent amount of time with your browser's developer tools, debugging yet another piece of front-end code.
You probably set breakpoints and look at the values in variables. You poke around the page source and the CSS. You look at the computed geometry to work out why the product image overlaps the price.
Reading this book was an eye opener. There is just so much more you can do. And this book breaks that down. When I read the initial proposal, I was worried that it would be a firehose, but Andrey has structured the content beautifully; it's a pleasure to read.
Pro tip: keep a browser open as you read, because you'll want to play. |
